The exterior lighting approach for this project was locating directional light sources at the front facade apexes for general illumination while also accenting the rich sawmill texture of reclaimed wood siding. Wall mounted light fixtures at the entries and porch balance ambient lighting and add a sense of warmth. All exterior light fixtures were strategically selected and located to be Dark-Sky compliant and meet the guidelines for the local architectural review committee (ARC).
